Aretian officially launches its City Digital Twin for the private sector!

Yesterday, we presented the Aretian City Digital Twin to a full room of representatives from the Catalan real estate ecosystem — including developers, investors, promoters, and public-sector institutions — and we are truly grateful for the remarkable turnout, enthusiasm, and engagement shown throughout the event. A huge thank you to all the participants!

Over the past years, Aretian has developed a comprehensive City Digital Twin for the Barcelona Metropolitan Region — now expanded across all of Catalonia — integrating advanced urban analytics related to housing, economic development, innovation, mobility, services, and urban design. For the first time, the platform is now officially accessible to the private sector through a SaaS subscription model. During the launch event, we presented some of the platform’s advanced capabilities, including:
