We were pleased to contribute to the opening session of the conference “The Catalan Economy in a Fractured World”, organized by the Faculty of Business and Communication at the Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya on April the 13th.

The session explored three key dimensions shaping the future of Catalonia: population, energy, and territory, featuring insightful contributions from Albert Esteve, director of the Center for Demographic Studies-CED, Anna Camp Casanovas, director of the Institut Català de l’Energia and our CEO and Co-Founder Ramon Gras Alomà.
At Aretian, we shared how City Science and advanced digital tools can integrate demographic, economic, and territorial data to better understand urban systems and support more informed, data-driven decision-making—helping regions become more efficient, resilient, and competitive.
Thank you Prof. Pere Aragonès i Garcia for inviting us and all participants for a stimulating and forward-looking discussion. We look forward to continuing the conversation.
